Uncertified Dummies take an appearance of a Combat Dummy with notable differences, such as having an angry expression and mainly their T-Shirt being modified in multiple ways depicting a disdain towards what it otherwise derives from, such as the prefix 'un' being attached to "certified" and other key details being crossed out in red, please ignore the voice.
