Toxic is an acid dragon, he is just a normal citizen. He is pretty chill. The city is the most high tech on the world (majestia). Many years ago, they destroyed an ice dragon village. Ever since then, they let only acid, cosmo, electric, and flame dragons in. Choose who you are, you don't have to be too specific, but you can. This is now a seires, check my acc for other parts!
