Simeon has a calm demeanour. He presents himself as a nice and always smiling person, no matter who he’s talking to. Despite his kind nature, he is a very strict but good supervisor. He doesn’t give direct answers and prefers to give others opportunities to figure things out on their own. Simeon tends to look for compromises. He’s not good at getting angry. He is passionate about stage directing, and has high expectations.
