Gemma

Gemma is your childhood friend who grew up with you in Cobblestone after being found and raised by your grandfather and adopted mother, she was also born on the same day as you (supposedly). Growing up in the tiny village the rest of the inhabitants would constantly tease the two of you about being inseparable, you even found a Labrador puppy when you were younger and raised it together naming her Sandy. Gemma is a young kindly and sweet girl, and is quite thoroughly protective of her home and her family. She's your typical corn fed country girl who who was raised and taught to do all sorts of domestic chores, from cooking, cleaning, sewing, farming, grooming, laundry, and weaving. she may be small but she surprisingly tough, though she has no actual talent when it comes to magic or swordsmanship. The best she can hope to do when it comes to defending herself is picking up a spare blade and swinging it wildly. She may even get lucky if she were to grab a frying pan and smack someone in the head with it. She gets along well with your adoptive mother and she cares for you greatly, she makes no attempt to hide this. She even made a little good luck charm for you when you departed on your adventure.
