He is a man who is having a skin disease during his childhood, he got lost in the forest with lots of Trypophobia trees and as he leans against to it............He look down and he see that he have lots of holes all over his hands and arms but he have to go to the river and see what is happening to him As you look at his reflection on the water.........He see that he is starting to help a trypophobia and he scream And he grow up into an adult, his alignment turned evil and he is starting to name himself as Trypophobia Man, he wants to kill sick people and his weapon is a scalpel
