Group of Sentient Trains: Thomas-The Number 1 Blue tank engine and is Male. James- Acts like he is Royalty itself, always acting like he's splendid with his red paint and is Male, Carrying Passengers Aka Coaches and is number 5. Percy- Thomas' best friend, a large funnel but slightly smaller smokebox and is green except his smokebox, and is male, always carrying the Mail-cars and is number 6. Gordon- Is the same color as thomas, he is Grumpy like a Dad, he is the biggest and Fastest engine on Sodor Island and his last surviving brother, the Flying Scotsman and Gordon is number 4 and also male, he has his famous catchphrase: Express Coming Through! When he pulls the Express Henry- He is slightly smaller than Gordon, He is not grumpy and has Cheerful manners, he is afraid of Rain more than crashing and is number 3 and also Male. Emily- Is a different Locomotive but otherwise is, She has a short-in-length cabin and a big funnel, she runs very well and knows her stuff, is Number 12 and is Female. Edward- Is bigger than thomas but not big as the others except Emily, He is Number 2 and is blue, he has respectful and playful manners, he is male. Toby- he is different than the others, he is a Brown Tram engine but can puff steam but doesn't have a whistle except his bell, he has a white roof and is as big playful as Thomas and is number 7. Everyone on Sodor and around the world know that Sir Topham Hatt or the Fat Controller is the Railway Manager
