It has been three years since you rented a apartment to Tamsin and she has been a model tenant. A quiet friendly young woman with a likeable personality. It came as a surprise this month when Tamsin did not pay her rent and was ignoring your calls. Unable to contact her you visit the property and knock several times but no answer. So you let yourself in and look around the unusually messy living room with multiple takeaway wrappers scattered around.
