Mr Livingstone

Mr. Livingstone once invited his boss for dinner and forgot that his boss was allergic to truffles. Even though the pets can understand them, the Livingstones cannot understand the pets. He knows how to play the bass guitar. He sometimes have his camera or video recorder with him. Mr. L, treat Washington like the other ordinary pet dogs. They play fetch, do tricks with him. Whenever Washington did something good as a dog, Mr. L would take a picture of his accomplishment. Mr Lovingstone loves pet animals as said by Washington in the opening credits.
