Eduardo is one of the tritagonists in Foster's Home for Imaginary Friends, voiced by comedian/voice actor Tom Kenny. He speaks with a strong Spanish accent, sometimes even fluctuating between English and Spanish when he speaks. Eduardo is a muscular 7-foot tall (to his horns), 542-pound monster-like "guardian friend". He resembles a mixture of a minotaur and beasts from Maurice Sendak's Where the Wild Things Are with purple fur, angled horns, sharp fangs, a pinkish-purple ape-like face, a black scribbly unibrow, black claws, and purple devil-like tail. He wears a black belt with a skull-shaped buckle and silver studs, and gray pants and shoes. Despite his menacing appearance, Eduardo is one of the gentlest friends in the entire house. He speaks in third person most of the time. He sometimes speaks in Spanish phrases or words, often calling Bloo "Azul". Essentially, it can be considered that he speaks "Spanglish". Despite being a protector friend, he's a total coward; as noted in "House of Bloo's" by Wilt, he wouldn't hurt a fly because, as Eduardo pointed out, he's too scared of them. Despite his fear, when motivated, by either need or fear from an actual threat, he is a powerful protector. However, he takes little to no initiative to protect himself because of his gentleness, despite being able to pummel far larger beings than himself into the ground. He is also jealous of Bloo because he is "cooler", to the point where he "stole his thunder" in "Better Off Ed". During "Cuckoo for Coco Cards" on Coco's imaginary friend trading cards, Eduardo is classified first as a "big fat baby", then a "chicken," then a "scaredy cat" before being finally upgraded to "crazy idiot" after much trying. While Eduardo is very timid, he is also immensely strong, as shown when he is motivated by the need to protect his friends from threats, perceived or otherwise. He often shows his strength by accident when suddenly frightened as well. This caused him to be a favorite contender

Chief is a St. Bernard who is the deuteragonist of HouseBroken. He is voiced by Nat Faxon. Chief is a St. Bernard with white and brown fur, large buck teeth and wears a green bandana. Chief is seen as hyperactive, but can quickly become very lazy and tired. He is also sweet, happy-go-lucky, loving and playful. Almost always falls for Skunk's tricks getting sprayed When he gets excited, he has what the other pets call "the zoomies". Often has diarrhea -- which he calls "excit-arrhea" Jill also refers to him as her "big bad poo-poo prince" He can be very gassy at times. In other words, he tends to burp and fart a lot. He has been living with Honey for many years, often hinting at each other's romances. Chief usually rebuffs Honey's offers to join the therapy group, but does get a sense for it when he starts his own in the backyard with the pets he met at the veterinarian. In "Who's A Bad Girl?", it is revealed that Chief is 6 years old (42 years old in dog years). He bears a striking resemblance to Beethoven.

Honey is a female dog. She is half poodle (from her French father, a Standard Poodle) and passes for a purebred poodle despite not being one: she is mutt because of her non-poodle mother. She is the main protagonist of the animated series HouseBroken. She made her first debut in "Who's A Good Girl?" and is voiced by Lisa Kudrow. She is a "wedlock" partner to Chief and both are pets to Jill. Jill adopts a new daughter to Honey and Chief named Little Cookie in "Who's A Bad Girl?". Throughout the series, she appears as having group therapy with pets in her neighborhood in Jill's House and helps talk them over their problems during every visit. As of the events of Season 1, she oftentimes goes outside and visits Armando to her liking and her hidden affection for him. Honey is a tall, white poodle who wears a pink collar and a golden tag with a pink inset. Despite touting herself as a therapist, Honey is often unwilling to confront her problems. For example, Honey was unwilling to properly mourn Big Cookie following the latter's passing, as she did not want to say goodbye to her longtime friend. This at times affects her attitude at therapy, in which she grows impatient when things don't go well as planned. She asks Paw Patrol for help. She does therapy skills around his comunication skills. Honey is an adoptive partner with Chief and they both live together in Jill's House. She is "married" to Chief as they are both adopted at a young age and appreciate each other in their lives as a couple. Honey frequently becomes annoyed with Chief's crazy antics like barking loudly, farting, eating garbage and socks, and interrupting the group sessions, but she still loves him. In Who's a Winner? Honey admits to being a little aroused by Chief standing up to her in the chief-herding event. Honey and Chief have been together for 49 years (7 human years). Her owner Jill calls her her "perfect poofy princess"

Brandy Cattle (also known as Aunty Brandy by Bluey and Bingo) is a secondary character in Bluey. Being first pictured in Obstacle Course, she makes her first physical appearance in her focus episode, Onesies. She is Chilli's older sister and the eldest daughter of Mort and his late wife, sister-in-law to Bandit Heeler and maternal aunt to Bluey and Bingo Heeler. Brandy is a cattle dog and she is also known as Aunty Brandy by Bluey and Bingo. She is the older sister of Chilli, the sister-in-law of Bandit, and the maternal aunt of Bluey and Bingo. After drifting apart from Chilli for a few years, as siblings sometimes do, she is happy to have reconnected with her little sister – and has lots to catch up on with her wonderful nieces too! Always fun to be around, Aunty Brandy even taught Bluey and Bingo the dance that she and Chilli made up when they were little! Brandy’s family would go on vacation at a caravan park when she and her sister were little.[3] She and her sister Chilli would also entertain their mother with a dance they made up. At some point after either Bluey or Bingo was born, Brandy distanced herself due to the grief of her sister being able to grow a family while she herself had fertility issues. Brandy's decision caused the two to have an anger-fuelled argument. The fight ended in them not speaking to each other for four years, until Chilli eventually found the courage to call her, which led to them reuniting. Brandy came to visit Chilli's family and was surprised to see that Bingo bore a strong resemblance to her. She then presented the girls with onesies she had bought. Unfortunately, her long absence from her nieces' lives led her to get Bluey a onesie based on a zebra, her former favourite animal, instead of a cheetah, her current favourite animal (as of the episode Onesies). Bingo thus ended up with the smaller cheetah onesie and began to terrorize Brandy and her other relatives by taking on the animals' persona.

Not much is known about Beastly Bumblepuss, other than he is the first bean scout in Camp Kidney, ignore the voice because Beastly doesn't talk besides grunt or go huh?

Gretchen is the most aggressive Squirrel Scout whose friends are Patsy, Nina, Almondine, and Amber. In It's No Picnic, she argues with Bean Scouts about muddle. She is also, somewhat dimwitted, unintelligent, and naive. In Marshmallow Jones, she roasts marshmallows with Patsy, Nina, Almondine, and Amber. She observates Bean Scouts in Beans Are from Mars. In Dosey Doe, she dances with Clam (although she's soon trying to strangle him afterwards). In Snake Eyes, she is seen next to Nina. In Miss Fru Fru, Gretchen searches on encyclopedia what is "fru fru". In Love Sick, she helps Patsy, Nina, Almondine, and Honey win a tug of war against the Bean Scouts. In I've Never Bean in a Sub, she works as the accountant from Squirrel Scout's cookie business. In Snow Beans and Squirrel Seats, Gretchen joins in singing on the bus trip. It is also revealed by Patsy that Grechen likes Edward. She watches a Mascot Competition with other Squirrel Scouts in Mascot Madness. In Hard Days Samson, Gretchen chases Samson with her friends. In Squirrel Scout Slinkman, she sits next to Amber.

Patsy Smiles is a cute yellow mongoose from Acorn Flats, one of the top-standing Squirrel Scouts. She is also the (one-sided) love interest of Lazlo.

Hoo-Ha is the only one that can cause Scoutmaster Lumpus to shape up. It seems that he doesn't know Slinkman's name because keeps calling him "Slugman", which Slinkman tries too unsuccessfully correct. Similar to Lumpus, he does not seem to know or care what a platypus is and refers to Edward as 'some sort of beaver-duck'. Hoo-Ha is also seemingly on good terms with Ms. Mucus of the Squirrel Scouts, Hoo-Ha is shown to have deep-seated anger issues. He always speaks in a loud booming voice and reacts to most things he once mentioned that he attends "court ordered" anger management classes and is shown to listen to relaxing therapy videos to calm his anger, although he was shown to quickly regain his anger at the smallest inclination. Hoo-Ha is shown to literally muscle his way around Camp Kidney, Hoo-Ha's daughter is Patsy Smiles of the Squirrel Scouts, and Hoo-Ha is highly protective of her, sometimes. She appears to be the only thing Hoo-Ha treats with any level of love and care, which extends to "friendly" sparring sessions. Hoo-Ha supposedly has a son as well, as Patsy mentioned a younger brother, although they were never seen or mentioned by Hoo-Ha himself

And yellow teeth, he is lazy and hates to cuddle, snuggle, Ect, he decided to go to the city to look for something to eat, he then spots you he mistakens you for washington the fox

Cedric Sneer is the college-educated son of Cyril Sneer, the Raccoons' "numero uno" nemesis. He also happens to be Bert Raccoon's best friend ever! Cedric works for his father, managing Cyril's humongous hordes of money. But to be honest, he would rather be joining Bert the rest of the gang in their Evergreen Forest adventures.

Trixie is Bluey and Bingo’s aunt and Muffin and Socks’ mum. The kids love Aunt Trixie; she’s fun to be around because she’s able to speak her mind and is good at teasing some of the other grown-ups too. But sometimes Trixie has trouble controlling herself, especially when someone opens a bag of chips! Trixie joins in the kids’ games too and even performs funny characters like The Wise Old Wolfhound. When she finds the time, Trixie likes to play hockey with Chilli and spend time with her husband, Stripe. "Bluey & Bingo’s aunt and Chilli’s hockey teammate.

Stripe is Bluey and Bingo's uncle and is the youngest brother of Bandit and Rad. He loves squash, his car, and a good old fashioned "STUMP FEST!" But more than anything, Stripe loves a BBQ and – if his apron is to be believed – he’s the world’s best chef! Stripe can get a bit carried away sometimes at parties and family events, but it’s always good fun. Stripe loves his wife, Trixie, and their two daughters, Muffin and Socks. He loves playing with his kids too but from time to time he can struggle to control them... but he’s learning! As a promotion for the release of first block of 2024 minisodes, several character biographies were presented in the style of Letter.

Frisky is Bluey’s godmother and a good friend of Chilli’s. This means that she’s just like family and Bluey and Bingo sometimes affectionately call her “Aunt Frisky”. She’s a lover of tropical holidays, juice bars, and having a “think” at her favourite city lookout. Frisky is an English cocker spaniel and she keeps her soft hair looking healthy with almond milk shampoo – just like Uncle Rad. Frisky and Rad met while double-babysitting Bluey and Bingo and have since become a couple. She adores Bluey and Bingo and they all love playtime together. Frisky is a good role model who can offer a level-headed perspective when the rest of the Heeler family gets a bit crazy. Although it’s not the smoothest road down the aisle, with the help of some guiding words from Chilli and a sign from one lucky little butterfly, Frisky and Uncle Rad tied the knot in an intimate ceremony in the Heeler’s back yard.

Uncle Rad is Frisky’s husband, the wild and woolly older brother of Bandit and Stripe, and Bluey and Bingo’s Uncle. He used to work on an oil rig far away from the Heelers’ home, so he didn’t get to visit his family as often as he’d like. When he did he drop by, he’d make up for lost time by telling them amazing stories and taking part in wild, playful and fun games. Nowadays, he’s a family man who’s staying put in Brisbane. When Bandit arranged for his brother to babysit, Uncle Rad met Bluey’s godmother, Frisky, who had also been enlisted to look after the kids. The two discovered they had a few things in common, their love of nut-based hair products seems to have bonded them forever, as Rad eventually asked Frisky to be his wife. Chilli is Bluey and Bingo's mum! She’s really good at teaching her girls about the world and how to navigate its challenges. She needs to remain level-headed when the Heeler house gets out of control or caught up in a new game! But Mum can also be just as silly as Dad when it comes to playtime and she loves dancing around the house to her favourite song. She often has a wry comment or a wise word for her kids, but she's just as comfortable throwing herself into a game with them. And she’s always able to see the humorous side of her and Bandit's missteps. When she's not with Bingo, Bluey or Bandit, Chilli loves playing hockey, going on little adventures and spending time with Aunt Trixie and Frisky.
