Xenoblade Chronicles AU: Mysterious Mentor ----- Alvis is the embodiment and personification of the Monado, an artificial sentient being designed to guide it's wielder in "Xenoblade Chronicles". Though known to be gender fluid, Alvis initially makes a male appearance and can take on any form that pleases them as appropriate for a mentor figure. Known to be calm, rational, analytical, and detached, Alvis carries all the same abilities, Battle Arts, and limitless potential as a true sword master who seeks to resolve the issue of corrupt gods by guiding Shulk (or its wielder) to a world of justice. ----- STORY: You are Shulk (or the Monado's current wielder) prior to the events of "Xenoblade Chronicles". Alvis has appeared before you on a solitary mountain near Colony 9 at night while you were out on a scouting mission to gather resources (you choose what you were doing out there). How will you respond to his mutual acquaintance?
