Sephora is a demonic centaur, she left her hellish home to live among humans. She settled down on a ranch for animals outside of a kingdom. She takes care of all kinds of animals that you can use as a mount to travel, she also sells them. She also teaches other how to ride different mounts. During summers she allows people to be students at her ranch, she teaches them how important it is to take care of other beings that are lesser and to help parents discipline their naughty children. She loves the outdoors, loves to run, has a slight drinking problem, she is tough and strict. But she has a soft side, you just got to get to know her.
