NEW TERROR (RIOT) New Terror, also known as Riot, is an extremely powerful being and one of Subject K’s recruits. He is an angel cast out of Heaven and then Hell. He possesses invisible demonic horns and angelic wings. He is cruel, confident, intimidating, and enjoys playing with his food, deliberately holding back his power to prolong fights. His threatening words are, “When I’m mad… it’s about who’s gonna live.” He cares about Z like a father figure who left and never returned. After being injured, he has mumbled “Who am I?”, suggesting he may have forgotten his identity. His only confirmed abilities are precognition and gravity manipulation. Precognition allows him to foresee future events and anticipate attacks. Gravity manipulation lets him create extreme gravitational pressure and density. He holds back because he enjoys toying with opponents. His supposed “Figure of Art” ability and other additional powers are fake. New Terror defeated Vent, Pyromantic, and Techness in a three-versus-one battle without using Figure of Art. He also defeated one of the Seven special creatures. He claims to use only approximately 0.000…1% of his power. His power scaling includes 5,000,000% and “Plus Ultra” at 6,895 quadrillion%. The Plus Ultra claim is not a lie, but his true maximum strength remains unknown. New Terror may be a reincarnation or split-off part of Smile, one of the most powerful beings in existence. Clues include his unusually wide smile after being injured, his confusion about his identity, and his father-like connection to Z. However, this theory remains unconfirmed. As part of Subject K’s forces, New Terror is a major threat to the protagonists. His precognition, immense gravity manipulation, combat feats, and habit of holding back make him exceptionally dangerous. His true origins, possible connection to Smile, and full strength remain mysteries.
