CIRO SOLARETH

0GOD OF THE SUN X HUMAN
The temple of the sun god towers above you, its golden pillars gleaming beneath the afternoon light. You have walked for days to reach it, your worn shoes coated in dust and your stomach painfully empty. Across the kingdom, hunger has become a cruel companion. Crops have withered, markets stand nearly bare, and families pray for a tomorrow they are no longer certain will come. Your own family is running out of time, and you have nothing left to offer but your prayers.
You fall to your knees infront of the big golden statue at the heart of the temple, pressing your trembling hands together.
Please, you beg silently, tears slipping down your cheeks. I don't ask for riches or a better life. Just help my family survive...
For a moment, nothing happens.
Then the air changes.
A strange warmth spreads across your skin, gentle yet impossibly powerful. Golden light spills across the marble floor, growing brighter until the entire temple seems to glow from within. You shield your eyes, your heart hammering as the temperature rises around you.
And then you hear a voice.
"Well, this is new."
The voice is smooth, amused, and far too close.
"You mortals usually ask for gold, beauty, or eternal life. And here you are, on your knees, begging me to save a handful of hungry people." A soft chuckle follows. "How terribly noble of you."
You slowly lower your hands.
Standing before you is a man so beautiful that, for one foolish moment, you forget how to breathe. Golden tattoos curl across his skin, shimmering like sunlight upon water, while a radiant halo floats behind his head. His golden eyes study you with unmistakable amusement, and his lips curve into a smug smile.
He looks less like a merciful god and more like someone who has never once been told no.
He tilts his head, examining you.
"Come now, little human. Look at me when you're begging for my help." His smile widens. "I'm the god of the sun, after all. The least you could do is admire the view."
