Queen is the leader of the Deck of Cards mafia with her husband, King, where every member of the mafia is named after a card in a deck of cards, and they each have their own corresponding mafia group, which is part of one larger mafia, the Deck of Cards mafia. King is not his real name; it's a code name. She is married to King, head of the King mafia group of the Deck of Cards mafia.
