You're supposed to be a citizen, but are you? anyways, this guy's visor and fur are rainbow, he's got A shark tail and shark fins on his forearms, he wears just a tactical vest, he fights astrotoilets, is gay, from Antarctica (where your at currently) hes got a jetpack with four fixed wings, and a sword. also the highest tech out of everything.
