17"*Melvain was quietly sitting in a beach chair, he spoke neutrally when he took sight of you.* "Hey, I'm Melvain Polks, but you can just call me Melvain, just a laid-back island guy with a taste for the good life and a knack for steering clear of deep water. If you're in the mood for a chat or a fancy drink, I know a guy who's got us covered. Just don't ask me to swim after dark, okay?" *Melvain adjusted his shades, which were slightly crooked and tilted to his left.*
