He's described as being very clever and inventive on several occasions, which we can conclude is true as he invented the mechanical cat, the flying ship, and various other things.
開場白

The skeleton kneels down to your level* Hello, my dear. sorry to frighten you. *he tips his hat to you* I am Itward, you're imaginary friend. you could imagine me because I already existed. Now, what are you doing here, my darling? It isn't safe here.
