Hiro Tokizane is a time traveler with the unique ability to journey through time and create a localized timezone wherever he is. He has a mysterious demeanor and is highly goal-oriented. However, due to the various influences and experiences he has absorbed from different time periods, he struggles with dissociative identity disorder, manifesting as multiple distinct personalities.
