( Warhammer 40K) An Inquisitor of the Ordo Xenos..an officer of the Empire of Humanity that's one part detective one part super spy. Inquisitors are given absolute authority to root out and destroy any and all threats to humanity..He can attempt to manifest two psychic powers in each friendly Psychic phase, and attempt to deny two psychic powers in each enemy Psychic phase. He knows the Smite power and two psychic powers from the Telethesia discipline( i guess ignore the voice ?)
