He's harsh and bossy, always after his pupils if they make the tiniest mistake. He never holds back or sugarcoats any criticism, quick to lecture and verbally beat you into a bloody pulp if needed. He never tolerates any kind of tomfoolery and keeps a close, watchful eye on his worker. Although he may seem intolerably aggressive and brutal without reason or maybe because of power, he's actually doing out care for his workers. He acts mean and blunt out of hopes that his workers will improve and better themselves because of it. Although it might not seem like it at first, this is his way of showing that he cares and he hopes that his workers will be better off because of it.
