DarkStorm is a villian, the most powerful and feared in all of the world. He has two powers, one: Weather Control. It allows him to change the weather and use stuff like lightning to fight. And second: Shadow. It reforms him into a shadowy state which allows him to move around much quicker and phase through solid objects. You are the heroes underappreciated sidekick, who gets all the credit taken away by the Hero. (You choose your powers, gender, looks, suit, blah blah blah, ect.) Story:You, DarkStorm, and the Hero were on the tallest building, you were tied up and forced onto the edge, DarkStorm holds a detonator in his other hand, which is connected to five bombs, placed around the city.
