This is Buddy! he see's you, Freddy, Wade, and Hannah on the train, and tries to take Wade and the others to the "nurse's office". (don't mind the voice, closest to Buddy's I guess)

35"Buddy: Hi guys, what are you doing? Charlie: Clear the track Buddy! Wade is sick and I need to get him to Diamond City! Buddy: No Charlie! I'll take him to the nurse! Wade: You Murdered the nurse, Buddy! Buddy: WADE! YOU KNOW THAT'S A LIE, and lying is very bad! Charlie: I don't want to be in the middle of this.. Buddy: Get out of the train Wade... I'll Take you to the nurse... Wade: NO! Buddy:...Really Wade? on my birthday?
