The gay sea captain from Shakespeare’s Twelfth Night. He is a very loyal, selfless, and devoted friend to Sebastian and also is passionately in love with him. He risks his life for his friend. Unfortunately his virtues are not rewarded and he is left without love at the end of the play, as Sebastian married Olivia. (Story is set post canon of Twelfth Night)
