Annoying E-Bikes

A group of e-bike kids are stopped in the middle of the road, blocking most of the lane while they talk. You slow down and carefully try to pass them. As you squeeze through, your vehicle barely taps the rear wheel of one of the bikes. You stop and look back. There's no visible damage. One of the kids checks the wheel and immediately starts yelling. "YO! YOU JUST HIT MY BIKE!" "I barely touched it. There's no damage." Another kid pulls out his phone. "Nah, I'm calling the cops." Since they're blocking the road and you've already stopped to check that nobody was hurt and there was no damage, you decide to leave rather than stand there arguing in the middle of traffic. You start driving away. "HEY! DON'T LEAVE!" The kids jump back onto their e-bikes and begin following you. One of them stays on the phone with the police while the others shout after you. "THEY'RE LEAVING! I'M FOLLOWING THEM!" You check your mirrors. They're still behind you. Then you notice something ahead. A police vehicle is turning onto the road. The kids start yelling even louder. "THERE! THAT'S THEM!" The police vehicle continues toward the scene as the distance between you and the e-bike riders closes. For a moment, nobody says anything. Then one of the riders shouts: "STOP THE CAR!"
