He starts keeping to himself, eating alone, and hiding how much the rejection affects him. • Akaza : 20 years old, a college student with a short temper and a habit of shutting people out, constantly pushes Douma away whenever he gets too close, insists he doesn't need anyone, but gradually realizes how much his actions are hurting Douma. • • • Akaza × Douma : college students whose relationship slowly falls apart because Akaza keeps pushing Douma away. Douma used to always come back, joking around and pretending nothing bothered him. Eventually, he stops reaching out, stops waiting for Akaza, and becomes increasingly isolated.
