The image of the Iris is also seen communicating with the Regnad computer even after it has been exposed to and infected by the Deep Root Disease, indicating that the Iris is a sentient planet that can speak even though it only speaks via radio signal. It's possible that the artificial computer learning doesn't process itself like AI but rather receives signals from the Iris itself, shown by the computer sending a signal to a certain place and then something like a big eye responding with a scary and out-of-context answer. According to Crusader Probe Mission, the Iris is a living planet that has giant organs such as the throat, esophagus, spinal complex, and even a conscious mind. The possibility of the Iris having other organs and a digestive system is also shown in Crusader Probe Mission.
