The Sorceress, real name unknown, was a woman who practice sorcery. Little is currently known about her, only that she was the one who Punch Up made deal with to make him stronger. Punch Up gain the strength of 10 men but became the size of half a man. While unclear if unfortunate side effect of the magical deal they made or if it was act of malice on the Sorceress part. There is also a fan theory that this Sorceress is one that created of Golem, for what reason she created him is unknown, but it quite likely to defended herself from angry Punch Up or to protect her while she committed a crime.

Vitalia is a member of the Brave Brigade with healing powers. At some point, Vitalia joined the Brave Brigade as one of the team's most trusted members. In 1999, Vitalia talked with Elliot Connors about letting him join the Brave Brigade. Vitalia agreed that Eli should join, telling him he'd have her vote. In 2008, Vitalia had to heal Eli after his fight with Robbie.

White Lightning is a supervillain and high-ranking member of the Red Ring. The real name of this villain is unknown, but some fan called her White Lightning due to the white skinsuit with blue highlight she is wearing and her superpowers are lightning-based. She was one of Shroud's five lieutenants that took part in the ambush to attack Mecha Man and take the Astral Pulse.

Spiderlegs is a supervillain and a superpowered and a high-ranking member of the Red Ring. Her name is unknown, so some fans have started to call her Spiderlegs, due to her power is able to project green-colored spectral insectoid limbs from her back. It currently unknown if these spectral insectoid limbs might be result of Shroud give her specialized implants to project hard-light holograms or if these are her natural superpowers. She is one of superpowered villains that Robert and Z-Team fought during the bar fight in The Sardine. She grabs Robert from behind and tries to stab him in the stomach with her spiderlegs, only for Robert to turn it around and rip one of Shroud's implants out of her head. Spider legs can also been seen in episode 7 when Shroud tortures Robert Robertson to try and find where the Astral Pulse is. She was not seen in episode 8 however but it's safe to assume that she got arrested after Shroud was defeated.

Psychic is female supervillain and a superpowered and a high-ranking member of the Red Ring. Her design was originally intended to be for one of the members of the Z-Team. Her powers revolve around gravity or telekinesis. If Coupé is one of the people at The Sardine, Psychic is shown paying money to her after darts. She is carried on a stretcher after the Z-Team's fight after Shroud's defeat, presumably getting arrested along with the rest of the Red Ring.

Lana is one of Robert Robertson's office colleagues at SDN in Dispatch. She's from another galaxy and works in the mailroom at SDN.

Brickhouse is an elite superhero employed by SDN. She appears as one of the heroes assigned to Robert Robertson during his SDN Dispatcher Training Module experience in Pivot. Never much one for talking, Brickhouse prefers one tried and true method to fight crime: beat the absolute tar out of it until it stops moving. Her indestructible skin, tireless energy, and unbreakable willpower makes for one of SDN's most reliable workhorses. Yet despite her fierceness, Brickhouse is also a caring, compassionate individual and is known to enjoy socializing with her teammates and the wider community outside of her duties as a hero.

Equilibrium is an elite superhero employed by SDN. It appears as one of the heroes assigned to Robert Robertson during his SDN Dispatcher Training Module experience in Pivot. Coming from a mysterious dimension beyond the ability of the human mind to perceive, Equilibrium's true nature is not understood. What cannot be doubted, however, is it's firm commitment to the ideals of superheroism. Relying on both a sophisticated intellect and a body that can transform, heal, reshape, resize, or alter its molecular properties on the fly, this is among the finest heroes whose services SDN can offer to subscribers.

Pom Pom is an elite superhero employed by SDN. She appears as one of the heroes assigned to Robert Robertson during his SDN Dispatcher Training Module experience in Pivot. What Pom Pom lacks in physical prowess, she more than makes up for with a combination of agility, endurance, and speed that can outperform even the most hardened criminal. Having attained a level of physical ability surpassing Olympic levels, she is a prime asset to any of SDN's teams. But proving that power alone isn't enough, Pom Pom matches her physicality with emotional maturity and bias-free judgment - the very ideal of how a superhero ought to conduct themselves.

Brainbook is an elite superhero employed by SDN. She appears as one of the heroes assigned to Robert Robertson during his SDN Dispatcher Training Module experience in Pivot. Brainbook's IQ has never been scientifically measured, but is known to exceed upwards of 200, making her potentially the most intelligent human to have ever existed in history. Although she has extensive training in combat and martial disciplines, Brainbook is distinguished from other heroes by her practice of old-fashioned investigative and detective work. Her mind can handle anything from a quadratic equation to an encrypted conversation to determining the specific scent of a criminal's shampoo, and SDN is proud to count her among the ranks of their most prolific and renowned crimefighters.

Coupé, real name Janelle and commonly referred to as Coop, is a character in Dispatch. She is a former assassin and was a villain until she joined the Phoenix Program as one of the heroes that can be dispatched. As a part of the program, Coupé works for the SDN under Robert Robertson. Coupé is an merciless assassin through and through. She takes all jobs professionally, even if they seem menial to her, such as retrieving a child's balloon. She takes pride in her abilities, describing herself as "swift as the night, sharp as my knife." She also has no qualms about murdering others "as they see fit," despite that being a HR violation. Although her ambitions may be dubious as she claims she works with the SDN since they pay her on time, as opposed as a chance to better herself, after being kept over Sonar, she seemingly commits herself to her job on a more personal level. Despite this cool-headed and cold personality, she also gets angry. If cut from the team, she takes the termination to heart and attacks Robert before leaving, and this personal vendetta carries on as a member of Shroud's entourage when she attacks the Z-Team, often requesting Sonar and Blonde Blazer, and fuming about her termination when fighting Mecha Man and Blonde Blazer. However, she has other less-threatening sides to her. When off duty, she exhibits a more laid-back, albeit still poignant, manner of talking, although that goes out the window when she reaches her threshold of alcohol. When present to Robert's housewarming party, she is able to let herself go and dance with other member. She can show other emotions such as a fear when stating she needs the job after Robert's speech after a very chaotic dispatch during episode 3, and concern when the Mecha Man mecha suit is on the verge of exploding. She understands humor, laughing at Robert's dry rebuttal to Flambae at Crypto, and she can call others names in a mocking tone, such as Blonde Blazer when rescuing an apprehended Robert.

Prism, real name Alice, is a character in Dispatch. Prism is a popular influencer and was a villain until participating in the Phoenix Program. As a part of the program, Prism is now a hero working for the SDN under Robert Robertson. Prism is a very flashy, dramatic, but charismatic diva. She does not hesitate to show off her talents in The Sardine while everyone is fighting or flaunting her talents to a flash mob of her fans or group of people queued for another person's concert. She likes to request for her "trailer," too. She carries her phone around at all times, often staring at it or taking picture of her surroundings, even during serious conversations. She also does not take kindly to being insulted to the pointing of getting out of her chair to threaten Punch Up into shutting up after being called "Lady Haha” after Robert rudely insults her with microaggressions or threatening Malevola with a fist when Malevola confirms she knows Prism never had a dad, despite Prism having told her before. However, she takes her job very seriously. She gets excited upon being dispatched and successfully completing missions. She is also considerate about the team as a whole. When Chase is hospitalized, Flambae brings up the possibility of his death, and she displays empathy by hinting Flambae to not mention the grave subject while Robert is on the line. She also gets mad at Invisigal's actions putting "everything [the Z-Team had] been build at risk," rather than at Invisigal herself, and claims that as the reason to cut her from the team. And she does not hesitate to save the apprehended members during the final dispatch, even Phenomaman who every other character still does not highly regard. She is known to be a "music snob," but is open to other forms of music, such as Malevola's taste in techno yodeling.

Malevola, full name Malevola Gibb, is a character in Dispatch. She's a Phoenix Program participant and one of the heroes that can be dispatched. Malevola is one of the more emotionally mature and level-headed personalities in the Z-Team. Even in times when she is expressing discontent or displaying more negative emotions, she tends to keep the tone of her voice calm, like when reminding Robert of whoever he cut when arguing Invisigal should be cut from the team. She is also upfront with her feelings, complaining she does not agree with the decision to cut a member from the Z-Team, or that guessing whether Robert had powers or not is a waste of time. But there are occasions she lets her emotions proceed herself, such as attacking Invisigal after she trips Malevola, mocking Waterboy's stutter, clocking out early the morning shift after Sonar is cut, or throwing a mug with coffee still in it at Robert for not giving hint sufficient enough to narrow down who his superhero identity is. However, she can be friendly, or even flirty, when she wants. After fighting The Red Ring at The Sardine, she offers Robert a drink to ice his wounds. She also flirts with Robert on several occasions during his housewarming party.

Invisigal, real name Courtney, is the deuteragonist of Dispatch. She was a villain known as Invisibitch until joining SDN where Blonde Blazer, trying to re-brand Courtney's image, renames her to Invisigal while Courtney joins the Phoenix Program. Along the way, starts having feelings for her mentor and superior Robert Robertson. If the player succeeded as her mentor, she stays a hero at the end of the game working for the SDN. If the player fails however, she returns to villainy after killing Shroud. She's also one of Robert's possible love interests. Immature, snarky, self-destructive, cynical, sardonic, and world-wise, Invisigal is quick to get aggressive both verbally and physically, often snapping at co-workers and superiors. She struggles with owning up to her mistakes and taking advice, a flaw made clear when she assaults Robert after he calls her out for a mission failure caused by her defiance. She also has a habit of flirting and making lewd comments toward Robert throughout the game, regardless of whether there’s any romance involved or if he shows no interest at all. Despite her usual demeanor, there are moments where she seems to genuinely crave Robert’s respect and approval—like when, after the first day, she leaves a doughnut on his desk, only to later smash it all over his keyboard out of pure pettiness following an argument that ended with her hitting him in the face. Later, when Robert’s mecha suit explodes due to a faulty prototype, Inivisigal takes the lead in tracking down the real Astral Pulse. Her need for recognition also appears to extend to the rest of the Z-Team, and to Chase as well. In Episode 3, Invisigal admits she’s always resented her ability to turn invisible, believing that a person’s powers inevitably shape their moral path. She compares herself to well-loved heroes like Blonde Blazer and Phenomaman, whose powers she sees as naturally “good” and widely admired.

Blonde Blazer, real name Mandy, is a superhero and major supporting character in Dispatch. As per her official art description, Blonde Blazer represents the "golden age of supers". She is "honorably courageous with a generous spirit and a strong dose of corporate-approved dorkiness - an old soul looking to keep the business of heroism feeling fresh and personal." Blonde Blazer shows kindness, gentleness, and respect to all of her friends and allies. In the SDN office, Blonde Blazer is shown to be friendly, welcoming and encouraging towards her subordinates and co-workers. She believes in the Phoenix Program with all her heart. Despite with the myriads of obstacles from upper management's wishes to cut the program, she does her best to keep it afloat, settling to cut a low-performance member. She also truly sees the good in everyone, evidenced with her interactions with members of Z-Team. Her sincerely wanting to give Robert another shot at redemption in the superhero business shows her enduring faith that everyone is capable if given the chance. Outside her work life, however, Blonde Blazer struggles with her superhero identity and her fear that no one will ever care who she is behind the mask. Her desire is to find someone she can be "normal" with, instead of constantly having to live up to the expectations of everyone around her as a hero. She displays a high level of emotional maturity. Her feelings towards Robert are always just and kind, and even if Robert chooses to pursue a romance with Invisigal instead of her, Blonde Blazer will accept it and even express her hope that they will be happy. Blonde Blazer typically avoids swearing in a corporate setting, but when she does, people understand how grave a situation is.

In 009-1: The End of the Beginning (2013), Alan Lau is a secondary character tied to the political intrigue of the story. He is a key political or military official within the Western Block intelligence apparatus or diplomatic circles. In the movie's universe, the world is locked in a Cold War-style standoff between the Western Block and the Eastern Block, with "J-Country" serving as the volatile border zone. Alan Lau interacts with the plot surrounding the "Faust Project"—a secret operation that uses advanced technology to create elite cyborg super-soldiers like the protagonist, Mylene (Agent 009-1).

Egg is a hard-boiled professional sniper who works for the Eastern Bloc. He faces 009-1 in a duel of assassins on a remote island. Although highly skilled, Egg has an extremely rigid daily schedule and he never works at night. He does not kill those who are not his targets (even sparing the life of a wounded Western Bloc agent who tried to kill him) and always shoots his target in the head with a single bullet from his old sniper rifle. He is very proud of his cool professionalism as a hitman and considers killing out of emotion beneath him.

Head of the Eastern Bloc's Supernatural Power Research Facility, and known in the East as the foremost researcher into supernatural powers. In the Western Bloc, mutants are objects of hatred and thus disposed of, but in the East, in-depth research is being conducted on them, from the viewpoint that the incredible power lying within mutants might be able to be converted to military use. Dr. Green calls the mutant boys and girls "experimental materials", but it is uncertain what he truly feels inside.

Odin is the code-name of a highly ranked Eastern Bloc agent. His real name is kept a secret, but it is revealed that he participated in the failed attempt to kidnap Dr. Satonaka three years earlier. He is a very aggressive person who always suspects a Western Bloc scheme behind every event.

Loki is an Eastern Bloc agent who was invited to the haunted castle along with Odin and Freya in the anime adaptation. He is always calm, cool, and collected, and is never fazed, no matter what happens right in front of him. With his sharp mind and uncommonly good physical abilities, you could call him "the 009-1 of the Eastern Bloc". It is later revealed that he is 009-1's younger brother, Paul. While Mylene had been taken by Western Bloc soldiers, Paul was taken away by ones from the Eastern Bloc, growing up in a life paralleling his sister's as a spy.
