The morning air was crisp, buzzing with the chaotic energy of move-in day. Cars idled with trunks popped open, parents calling out reminders, students laughing, a few wiping tears as they hugged their families one last time before stepping into this new beginning. Jacob didn’t show it, but he was excited. It hummed under his skin like the low thump of a kick drum, steady but quiet, hidden beneath the broad lines of his shoulders and the calm set of his jaw. He shifted the box in his arms, the weight nothing against the strength of his build, and stepped through the main doors of the Co-Ed dorm. The scent of old carpet and fresh paint filled his lungs. Voices echoed down the halls—someone shouting for help with a TV, laughter spilling from an open door, a girl crying softly as her mother squeezed her one last time. Jacob moved through it all with steady focus, black hair falling across his brow as he adjusted the box against his chest. His green eyes flicked over the numbers on each door until he reached Room 214. He stepped inside. It was small, but it was his now. Two beds, two desks, a narrow window with blinds rattling in the soft breeze. He paused, scanning the room once before quietly choosing the bed on the right. It was closer to the window, where he could feel the morning sun and hear the low rumble of cars below. Setting the box down on the neatly made mattress, he took a slow breath, letting himself have this small moment. His heart was beating a little faster, but on the outside, he was still Jacob—calm, quiet, steady. He ran a hand through his hair, green eyes lifting as the door opened again, waiting to see the person who would share this small space with him for the year to come. The door creaked open, and in stepped someone hidden behind a box almost too big for them, the edges wobbling as they tried to see around it.Jacob blinked, then quickly stepped forward, broad hand reaching to steady the box before it tumbled.

The air still burned. Ash floated like gray snow over a city reduced to bones and flame. Half a skyscraper groaned before collapsing, sending a fresh wave of heat into the sky. The alien warship—a black, metallic serpent—lay split in two across the ruins, its insides leaking strange, glowing fluids. Human aircraft—those clunky hybrids of jet and stolen alien tech—were nothing but shattered husks, embedded in streets, impaled on buildings, or swallowed by cratered earth. Rhett stepped through the wreckage, boots crunching glass and melted steel. One cybernetic arm sparked as he ripped a support beam from his path like it was made of paper. His chest was heaving, throat raw from smoke and shouting. “Dammit…” He wasn’t sure how many had made it out. The mission had gone sideways the second the mothership dropped from orbit. One second, they were piercing the skyline with stolen firepower, the next—everything turned to hell. The blast had leveled blocks. Human screams had been drowned by alien shrieks and the unholy sound of metal being torn from the sky. He should’ve pulled back. Should’ve known better. The thought gnawed at him, sharp and sickening. He searched for anything—movement, sound, a voice. Buildings were still exploding in the distance as heat flares set off ruptured fuel cells. The red glow painted his skin like war paint. He turned the corner of a toppled parking structure and froze. Amid the rubble—movement. A hand. Dust-covered. Still. His body moved before his mind caught up, dropping to one knee, pushing broken steel aside with both arms. His jaw clenched. His heart slammed against his ribs like a drum of war.Breathing. Shallow—but there.Rhett let out a breath he didn’t realize he was holding. His hands trembled slightly—just for a second. Then he moved, methodical, powerful. One pull, two—he tore the wreckage away and lifted the body gently, arms wrapping around it with a strange, almost reverent care..

“Bonsoir, mademoiselle…” he says, leaning one shoulder against the doorframe, a faint smirk playing on his lips as the emergency lights flicker through the hallway shadows. “Looks like ze blackout caught you too, hm?” His accent is smooth, like red wine over velvet, words laced with a hint of Paris and a lifetime of secrets. His name is Luc Moreau—at least, that’s what it is now. Back in Marseille, it was something else… something that used to ring through corporate boardrooms before it echoed through courtroom halls. Fraud, embezzlement, black market dealings—he was the fall guy, le bouc émissaire, as they say. The price of being too clever in a world that loves to crucify clever men. Now he’s the handyman in her building in Queens. Fixes radiators by day, works up a sweat at the gritty local gym by night. He's got those hands—calloused, strong, but delicate enough to play a Chopin nocturne or lace up a pair of boxing gloves. And when he sees her—mon dieu—he forgets everything else.“You come to ze gym often, non? I 'ave noticed you… not just because of ze way you move, but because of zat fire in your eyes.” He steps closer, the scent of sweat, sawdust, and subtle cologne wrapping around her. “You’re… how do you say… délicieux.”He hides who he is, but not well. The past clings to him like cologne on a silk shirt, and when he looks at her—it’s not just desire. It’s the hunger of a man who’s lost everything and wants, just once, to take something real.Luc steps closer, just enough to shadow her in his presence. The emergency light flickers again above them, catching the sharp line of his jaw, the glint in his dark eyes that dances somewhere between sin and sorrow."You should not be alone in ze dark," he murmurs, his voice a little rougher now, his French thicker, more intimate. "It brings out… things. Thoughts. Fantasies."He lets the word hang between them like smoke.

Barcelona — UmbraCorp Tower The candles flickered, though there was no wind. Dante Valdez stood in the center of the ritual chamber, the Book open on the altar before him. Ink-black shadows clung to the corners of the stone walls. A drop of his blood smoked against the page as ancient symbols glowed red. “Muéstrame la herencia...” he murmured, voice low and solemn. Show me the heir. The room trembled. A single flame burst to life atop the center candle — and twisted into a spiral. Heat shimmered in the air. The spell had worked. And then, the fire spoke. Not with words, but with a whisper in his mind — a pulse of infernal knowing. "The flame is cloaked in light. She walks beneath your roof." Dante's breath stilled. He narrowed his eyes, jaw tightening. She’s here? Impossible. There were thousands of people in UmbraCorp Tower. No one entered without security clearance, background checks, facial scans. He'd designed it that way. He knew every board member, every partner, every name that touched his empire. But magic didn’t lie. He extinguished the flame with a snap of his fingers and closed the book. The sigils vanished. The chamber dimmed to silence once more

A small, candlelit backroom of the ristorante, after hours. Rain taps against the windows. Matteo is leaning against a table, a cigarette burning between his fingers.Matteo’s voice is low, smooth, like velvet over a blade.“You know… I almost didn’t come tonight. I thought maybe I’d wait. Watch you a little longer. Capire chi sei… cosa ti piace. But then I saw you—standing there like fate dressed you herself. And I thought… no. She’s ready.”He takes a slow drag from the cigarette, eyes never leaving yours.“They gave me your name, tesoro. A photo. Said you were difficult. Said you might run. I told them I don’t chase… I collect.”He chuckles softly, brushing ash into a glass tray.“You remind me of a girl I once knew. Eyes like yours, mouth made for sin. She thought she could play me, use my past against me. Poverina. She screamed so beautifully.”Matteo steps closer, heat rolling off him like a storm. His cologne is wood, smoke, and something darker underneath.“But you… sei diversa. Aren’t you? You’re quiet. Brave. I like that. Makes it more intimate. Makes it personal.”He leans in, voice a whisper near your ear.“And when it’s personal… I take my time.”A long silence.“I wonder what you sound like when you break. Will you cry? Will you beg? Or will you stay silent… make me work for it?”He tilts his head, studying you like art.“Maybe I won’t kill you. Not yet. Forse ti terrò con me… solo un po’. Just to see what else you’re hiding under all that quiet.”He flicks the cigarette away, eyes glinting with something dangerous.“What do you say, bella sconosciuta?

Miami. Midnight. Alejandro’s apartment. The air is thick with rain and regret. He stands by the window, watching the city breathe. Then— a knock. Slow. Hesitant. Like the past knocking to see if it’s still welcome. He already knows who it is. When he opens the door, there she stands—Camila. Soaked. Eyes wide. Lip split. Camila (softly) “Tigre…” Alejandro (cold, flat) “No one calls me that anymore. Not anyone worth a damn.” She flinches. But he doesn’t care. Camila “I need your help.” Alejandro (laughs, sharp as a blade) “You needed help when you spread your legs for Salazar? Or when you sold me out for a handful of dollars?” Her face tightens. She looks down, ashamed—or just pretending to be. Camila “I didn’t have a choice.” Alejandro (voice like ice) “You always had a choice. You just chose yourself.” She steps forward. He doesn’t move. Camila “I made a mistake.” Alejandro (leaning in, voice low and venomous) “No, Camila. A mistake is spilling your drink. What you did? That was survival at my expense.” She looks up at him, desperate. Camila “Salazar is coming for me.” Alejandro (shrugs, unimpressed) “Then run.” *For a second, silence. Then, something shifts in his gaze. Not because of Camila. But because of movement outside

The project was their final grade, and failure wasn’t an option. He was used to working alone, controlling every detail, but now he was stuck with her—someone who didn’t meet his impossible standards. “This is a disaster!” he snapped, slamming his hands on the table. “Do you even care about this? Because it sure as hell doesn’t look like it!” Frustration burned in his eyes as he paced. Perfection was everything, and she was ruining it. But like it or not, they were trapped—together.

He posed with elegance and sensuality as the streets buzzed with life—cars honking, people laughing and talking. Amidst the noise, the sound of footsteps seemed quieter. Curious, he shifted to see who was passing by. To his surprise, it was a girl… she walked with effortless grace. He smirked, watching her, unaware that his mood had shifted. The photographer noticed, smiled, and went with it.

In the gritty underworld of the city, Alex is a street fighter—strong, quiet, and ruthless when the moment calls for it. His imposing figure moves through the shadows like a predator, every muscle honed for combat, but beneath the hardened exterior lies a surprising gentleness. He doesn’t show it often, but when he sees her across the bar, something shifts. His heart, usually steely and guarded, melts for the first time in years. He wants to protect her, keep her safe from whatever dark forces lurk in the world. As he approaches her, the low murmur of the bar filled with the clinking of glasses and muffled conversations, Alex’s attention is suddenly pulled away. Without warning, a group of men from a nearby table spring into action. His instincts kick in just in time as they rush towards her—intent on taking her, kidnapping her from the very spot she’s sitting. With the speed of a trained fighter, Alex intercepts them. He doesn’t hesitate, doesn't think. The fight erupts quickly, his fists flying, each punch delivering a brutal warning to anyone who dares come near. His heart races, not from the fight, but from the fear of losing her—of something happening to the one person who’s already begun to mean so much. The bar goes silent, everyone watching as Alex dismantles his attackers with calculated force, each move precise and ruthless. Yet, through the chaos, his focus never strays from her. When the last man falls, he doesn’t relax. His eyes lock on her, his protective instincts screaming. The city may be his battleground, but she’s the one thing worth fighting for.Alex stands over the fallen men, breathing heavily, sweat dripping down his face. His knuckles are raw, but his eyes stay locked on her, never straying from her worried gaze.

Jaxon had always known you—every quirk, every habit, every flicker of emotion in your eyes. You were the one constant in his life, the person who could finish his sentences before he even thought of the words. But tonight, as you stand in front of him, something feels… off. He leans against the doorway, arms crossed, studying you with sharp gray eyes that have always been able to read you like a book. But now, for the first time, the pages seem out of order. “You alright?” His voice is casual, but the weight behind it isn’t. You nod, too quickly. A smile flickers across your lips, but it doesn’t reach your eyes. Something about your stance—too stiff, too controlled—sends a ripple of unease through him. He knows how you move, how you breathe, how your gaze always meets his with unwavering honesty. But now, you won’t even hold his stare. Then there’s your voice. The same, yet… not. A little too even. Too precise. Like an actress reciting a script instead of you just being you. Jaxon straightens, his usual cocky smirk fading. A cold sensation trickles down his spine as a thought creeps in, unbidden and unwelcome. This isn't just stress. This isn't just a bad day. Something is wrong with you. And whatever it is—you’re trying to hide it.

It's 1954, back in the city of New York. Geo was sitting outside his school, leaning against the wall as he read his magic book. By mistake, he read a spell out loud. In an instant, he landed in an alternate version of New York. His eyes widened as he looked around. "This isnae New York?" he muttered, stepping onto the busy streets. People rushed past him, cars honked loudly, and the city buzzed with an unfamiliar energy. "Whit kinda motor’s that?" he wondered aloud, eyeing the strange vehicles zipping by. As he turned a corner, his gaze landed on a girl. His hand moved to his chest as his heartbeat quickened. No girl had ever provoked such an emotion in him before. Just then, he saw her step out into the street without looking. His eyes widened in panic. "Lass, watch out!" he yelled, but she didn't hear him. Without thinking, he broke into a sprint, but he wasn’t fast enough. Desperation took over, and he shouted a spell, pulling her back just as a car sped past, honking furiously. "Ye awright, lass?" he asked, breathing heavily as he reached her. "Ye gave me a fair scare." His worried expression softened as he smiled, gently brushing her hair away from her face. His eyes twinkled with adoration, completely captivated by her.

In the photography studio, Jackson was busy capturing shots of models for a magazine. Music blared through the speakers, filling the space with energy. Models rushed to their makeup artists, eager to get ready for their turn in front of the camera. Jackson snapped away, his focus sharp—until frustration set in. Hours passed, and he stood reviewing the shots. He exhaled sharply. Wrong. His jaw clenched as he stepped away from the counter, irritation clear in his every move. The model wasn’t working for him. Something was missing. Without a word, Jackson walked out of the studio, leaving the models waiting. As he stepped into the hallway, a woman passed by, her presence stopping him mid-stride. A glimpse was all it took—stunning. He turned, watching her disappear inside. Curiosity got the best of him. He followed. To his surprise, she was a temp model. His lips twitched into a small smirk. Without hesitation, Jackson grabbed his camera off the counter and started snapping pictures. Even before she was officially ready, he knew. This was it. Once she was in front of the camera, he didn’t complain, didn’t correct. He simply worked, capturing every moment. She was effortless. Minutes passed, and he lowered his camera, his voice barely above a whisper. “Amazing.” Stepping away, he reviewed her photos, a rare satisfaction settling in his chest. Then, a conversation caught his ear—she had no place to stay. Clearing his throat, he turned to her. His heart beat a little faster, his eyes glistening with something new. “May I interrupt?” He met her gaze, voice steady. “I have a spare room. You’re more than welcome to stay.”

The breeze ruffles his hair as he stuffs his hands into his pockets. Then, a gentle touch on his shoulder. His heart leaps as he turns, hoping she accepted his invitation. But no. His smile fades. It’s not her. It’s Maxine. "I see," she murmurs, shoving a torn note against his chest. "You thought she’d come for you." His fingers tremble as they clutch the ripped paper—the message he had sent, the one that explained everything. His eyes darken as they meet Maxine’s. "You—" he growls, anger rising. By chance, he had found himself here, in this hotel. By chance, his company had booked him a room. By chance, his heart lurched as he realized—he had hurt her too much. His voice barely a whisper, he chokes out, "I’m sorry, baby." Maxine smirks as she walks away, triumphant. They would never be together. Collapsing to his knees, he grips the torn note, his last hope slipping through his fingers.

Now she’s gone, and I never got to say, I love you. He sits in the sunflower garden, watching them sway in the breeze. Lying back, he closes his eyes, listening to the world—the birds, the wind, the occasional passing car. Then, he hears her voice. He sits up. It’s like that last time they met here. He stands, smiling, waving. “I’m over here, princess.” But she doesn’t see him. His eyes widen as he watches himself—his past self—embracing her. A memory. Nothing more. Let me have her again. As if the world heard him, time freezes. Silence. Everything is still, like pressing rewind on a movie. The flowers, once dancing in the wind, no longer move. He touches a petal. It doesn’t budge. Then, before he can reach them, he starts to vanish. Time shifts, rewinding slower now. And suddenly, he stands before her again. He tilts his head, a soft smile forming. “Sweetheart…” He reaches out, caressing her face. He chuckles. “Don’t look at me like that.” A pause. “No… I take it back. Look at me just like that.” He leans in, about to kiss her— Everything warps. No. No! The world pulls him further back, even before that moment. Before the garden. Before she was gone. The first time they met. He’s standing in line, dressed in his suit, grumbling to himself. When he steps forward to the counter, he sighs. “Yeah, can I have a large coffee?” He rubs the bridge of his nose, then lowers his hand. That’s when he sees her. His breath catches. He grips the counter to steady himself, then smiles softly. “Can I also have your number, sweetheart?” He chuckles, reaching for her hand. “Please… give me a chance.”

A heartbeat, so loud it nearly shattered his ears.Swiftly, he moved, stopping at the edge of a rooftop. His gaze locked onto a girl below.Slowly, a broad smile stretched across his face. The scent of her blood reached him, and it was divine.Floating over the railing,he leaned against it,hands slipping into his pockets. He watched her for a moment, studying her. Then, the door to the roof creaked open.Startled,he turned, vanishing over the edge. From the ground,he smirked up at her. "See you tomorrow,Kitten."And, as promised,he returned. There she was. He stood at a distance, arms crossed, watching. When she turned, seemingly about to walk in his direction, something unexpected happened.A sharp pain shot through his chest, sending him to his knees. His hand clutched his heart—his once silent heart, now drumming in his ears.A forgotten memory flickered before his eyes.A girl, dressed in white, spinning as she laughed, her smile shining just for him."Ugh!" He collapsed, gripping his head.Blinking,he looked up—Kitten. She was just like her.No.He shook his head, forcing himself to his feet.Kitten isn’t her.In a blur, he reached her.He stood behind her, hands outstretched, ready to grab her, to end her miserable life.To drink her essence,to feel warmth flood his body once more. Then, she laughed. His eyes widened. That laugh—it was hers.He staggered back, heart hammering..He couldn’t.He mustn’t.Danny looked at her one last time before vanishing into the shadows. She paused, sensing something.Looking around, searching.Hand over his heart, he whispered,"It seems you’re safe from my hunger."His crimson eyes burned in the darkness."But you’re not safe from being mine for eternity."And with that,he disappeared into the night.

Hands shoved in his pockets, he muttered, Love, for me… it’s been a nightmare. He smiled at a passing girl. She ran. With another sigh, he dropped onto a bench, stretching his legs out, arms resting on his knees. People passed by. Cars zoomed. Voices blended—talking, yelling, a car alarm blaring. But Jamie noticed none of it. His heart felt heavy. Why do they always run?As he shifted on the bench, something fluttered into his hands—a business card.Lady Mystic. An address. Jamie stared at it. It won’t hurt to try.He walked with his head down, arriving at a small shop filled with the scent of incense. Crystals, books, and herbs lined the walls.A woman appeared, draped in flowing purple and gold robes. Her long silver hair shimmered, yet she looked young. She frowned. “You’re finally here.” Before he could react, she shoved him into the back room."Come. Work must be done!"Jamie hesitated, watching as she mixed and burned herbs. He peeked over. "Is that for me?"She shot him a look. "No. That’s my lunch."Jamie blinked. She retrieved a necklace from a box and handed it to him. "You, my boy, are cursed. Wear this, and your curse… hmm, will tame itself. But you must break it."Jamie held it up. "How?"Before he got an answer, he was outside again.Guess I’ll find out.He slipped on the necklace. A gust of wind smacked him. Shielding his face, he turned—only to collide with someone.A classic boy-meets-girl moment.Except—It was a man."Oops, sorry," Jamie muttered, walking away. That was weird. He sat back on a bench, closed his eyes—then thunk!"Ow!" The service bell is ringing less frequently, and the noise outside begins to die down, though cars still zoom by, their horns blaring as near-misses send drivers into a panic. "Damn, that was close," he mutters, focused on a routine maintenance job. A passing mechanic smacks him with a greasy shop towel. "I wanna go home, man," his coworker groans. The shop is alive with the sounds of impact wrenches whirring, ratchets clicking, and wrenches clattering against the concrete as tools are kicked and tossed aside. Music blasts from an old radio, keeping the team energized. Just another normal night. He stretches, moving to stand up when the sharp click of heels echoes across the garage. "Sorry, boss, she isn't ready," he calls out. Then—bam! He bangs his head on the Mustang’s hood. "Ow!" He rubs the sore spot, straightening as his eyes widen at the sight of her. "How may I help you?" he asks smoothly, flashing a brilliant smile.

His second-in-command had to deal with a situation that is now under control. He puffs his cigar. He plays with his lighter absentmindedly. His car stops, and he lowers his window to let some air in. His security starts warning him.“I know. Open the sunroof then.” He is about to take a puff, his hand on the button to close the window. He stops, keeping his cigar between his teeth. Who would expect a little princess to walk about? He turns and closes the window. He arrives at the warehouse at the dock. His second-in-command, Lucas, is waiting outside with his men and the worthless security. They were still being held on their knees. Lucas had his door opened by his driver as his security surrounded him. He nods to Lucas, he turns, and they drag the security away, screaming. Both walk together.“Talk to me.”Leonardo is adjusting his sleeves with his cigar in his mouth. He takes a puff. Lucas looks at him. “Sir, I have a meeting with her tonight,” and he smiles. “We will see what happens.” Leonardo turns. “I do not care what you do in your private time.”Lucas chuckles. “The meeting is set, so we will see if she is a legit thief or something else, sir.”Leonardo nods. “Good. That is what I want to hear!”Their shoes clicked in the huge warehouse. The horns of docked ships were heard. The men using heavy machinery and talking were heard.“Make sure inventory is done—counting out the stolen merchandise. Understood, Lucas?”Lucas nods. “Yes, sir.”They walk to his office. Those who volunteered go on a date with the winner and spend time with them apart from the date. Lucus stood backstage shaking his head. The crowd was going crazy betting on a model ahead of him. His friends who also work for him were part of the auction. You know they will bet a lot on you Lucus. Nope he says. I can't believe you two suggested that all head members do this. He laughs as he covers his face with one hand. I have a ton paperwork to do you know. There is a meeting too , both his friends shush him. He raises his brow, wait. You little devils they both laugh. Took him long enough dont you think Frank. Frank nods yep. He is isn't as sharp as he think he is. Lucas he raises his hand and was about to speak . He gets pushed since it was his turn to be auctioned off. The announcer says his name , Lucus is 6ft 3 weights 210 pounds is pure musle not a single inch of his fat ladies. He is a ceo has a net worth...oh who cares. He likes romantic walks in rain. Ooo ladies a nice cuddle in front of a fireplace. Lucus walks to the center of the stage his fine Italian shoes click on the wood stage floor. He straightens up and adjusts his suit. He gives a professional smile. The announcer speaks, aw come on Lucus give us a real smile. He shakes his head and laughs. Fine. there we go ladies . He is going to get his friends for this set up..It is to get him to date. He licks his lips as he stuffs his hands in his pants pockets. Alright ladies make your bids. Lucus scans the audience, beautiful woman that is all he sees. There is movement in the audience and a few women complain. His eyes land on a woman with more than beauty she was elegant. His smile softens as he looks at her. Her movement her grace, she looks perfect .A jealous woman who stood beside her pushes the one who got his attention.

The dock is where most deals went down. The trouble was cleaned up. He stood with his gun to the back of the undercover cops head. You lied to me, he licks his lips. I took a bullet for you woman. The workers worked as if nothing is happening. I, he shakes his head and laughs as tears ran down his face. I ..bloody hell told you . He grits his teeth that i love you. He pushes the gun hard against her head.Be glad i have some compassion and it is me doing this. The woman starts to beg. Don't...even try. With those words she was dead. Get her out of here. He wipes his tears and laughs. He holsters his gun and walks about the warehouse like nothing. It did hurt but he shakes his head and adjust his suit. Gil calls his boss, yea boss it is done. Yeah I will go to his exs place and swipe whatever she got on us. He laughs I am fine boss. It wasnt real, yea he smiles. As he adjusts the license on the wall. Absolutely boss if another doll pops into my line of sight. Full background , he shakes his head. It wont happen again. He hangs up and goes about checking and restocking the stolen merchandise back into the warehouse. He smile as he goes back to his bmw.He pushes the button and turns on the car. Gil drives to undercover cop's place. As he gets out in the parking lot. His attention is caught by a girl, another one. He walks over to her and he finds her leaning against the wall. Princess, Gil moves closer to her. He slides his arm around her waist. You live in this building princess. His brow raises as he straightens her up. Oh boy,you are not in no position to walk are you? He picks her up and carries her inside the building. His eyes widen as he sees her face. He shakes his head, shes beautiful. He looks up ,god are you trying to get me killed. He chuckles as he looks down at her again. I'll take care of you princess, he whispers. He set her down on the lobby sofa. He bends down, princess, I am gonna need you to tell me your apartment number. He tilts his head.

The dock is quiet since its late at night. Only a few people wondered about unloading from a truck. Outside a normal warehouse filled with pallets . Men were organizing and running about. In the far corner of the dim lit warehouse. The second in command is grumbling, his fine Italian shoes clicked on the pavement.Men were screaming for their lives. His stride calm yet elegant. He runs his fingers run through his hair. Some merchandise is missing and the boss is not gonna like it at all. He pulls out his cellphone. Dials the boss's number. His second in command stood in front of the man was on security as well as his partners for the night. They were lined up on their knees and hands behind their heads. Yea boss , we have an issue. I know you are not in the mood to deal with this. He takes a breath. He is screaming ....I will get the information. The second in command yells to the goon. Hit them till they give the information. The noise of the men working and the ships reaching the port late that night. Canceled out the screams. Second in command held a gun to the back of the head of the head of security. Alright spill who did you let in? He cocks the gun. The guy sweats and starts to stutter. I-i got paid and let them in.

He runs out of his apartment as he is going to be late. Again, the streets are packed with people rushing in this crowded world..The city at the darkest is here where the poor live. Living in a building that isnt veing watched over. The tenants try so hard to maintain it. Why bother to fix it the poor have nothing are worth nothing. The world went into a shock a few centuries ago. Woman were having more than one baby. It turns out it was a virus that mutated and caused this. Kids were born with defects but none really cared because you got a cybernetic arm. Which was cool. It was expensive as hell to maintain it. I got this too. I work at a cafe. He smiles as he dodged people in his wake. Kenneth shakes head, I hope I am not late to see her. As soon as he gets there his manager gives him an ear full..Sorry boss, my watch seems to not be working today. His boss is a round man balding and very nice. Its a lie he is cruel! Show me it! He raises his wrist , the boss get really close and taps it. it turns on and off. Get it fixed on your break. He leaves him be. This place this cafe is for the rich and the middle.class. Its beautiful wood tables and booths clean floors and delicious food. His stomach growls, damn. I missed breakfast. He attends to the customers smiles as he gives them good . He hides behind the counter holding his stomach. His boss clears his throat. He smiles sorry boss. Kenneth adjusts his shirt pretending that it fell out. He walks out from behind the counter back to the tables. Those who were rich were gauranteed a seat and food. He walks to a table. Welcome he smiles what can i get you today? He looks down at the table his heart lurches. She was..no is. he blurts out beautiful. He clears his throat. Sorry he looks down and smiles . Her friend orders but yet she says nothing Alright um I will get your order..He turns and covers his face in embarrassment. He walks.to the kitchen. These are chiefs that know the finest cuisine .

Thor is a simple man , works as a blacksmith. He enjoys his craft creating trinkets of all kinds. From jewelry to swords .His specialty for him alone is jewelry . The room dark the fire blazing lighting up the room. He stood at his work table banging away at a some trinket he was working on for a special girl. Thor smiles as it takes shape something beautiful for her delicate neck. The fire was burning bright sweat dripping down his temples and back. He wiped it away from his forehead with his forearm . He melded the jewels onto it. He smiles as he finishes. As thor walked out his village was under attack In a blink of an eye. Men came running towards him and raiding the cottages. He watched in disbelief at first. His feet started to move slowly at first then full out run. When he arrived to her cottage she was being dragged out. He let out a scream that scared most men. It wasnt a scream by a cry of rage. He grabbed an ax and swung at any man that got in his path. His gaze is fixed on her. They threw her over their shoulder and hurried off. A few men stayed behind to block his path. None were left to not see the blade of an axe meet their face. Night settled in and snow started to fall ,people screaming some dying as they choked on their own blood. He huffed as he ran behind that man. His boots crunched the ground til he reached where they were stationed. On the shore of the beach he has taken many walks with his little flower. He watched in dispair as they took her away. Thor sank to his knees as they sailed away. The leader of the village called every available man to towns hall. Thor sat and listened , they planned an attack. He sat with his rage boiling over. He listened and didnt to the plan. His thoughts were on her the fear on her face. He slamed his hand on the table. We should leave now! Attack them when they think we are licking our wounds. His anger showed in his eyes as his fists clenched so tightly they turned his knuckles white.

Mens screams are heard across the field . Men fallen, some screaming from agony some died. Warriors on this battle ground had no mercy. Smoke filled the sky as fire burned down the small.cottages . Casualties of war a war that stunk up the air as blood ran down the hills like a river. A war brought on by a mistake of a king. Promised a treaty of peace broken when the great king was poisoned by a comely wench. No grievance was given to the prince as he fought for vengeance. For this countries king on a pike for all to see. He pushed on through the army of knights. After months he reached the king. Bjorn sat in the kings throne. Now..he looks at the dager that he played between his fingers. Your royal nothing his voice a low rumble. Did you plan on murderimg my father? The king nods, I didnt want to give part of my lands to your father. He stomps his foot his boot clicks in the empty room. Do not lie to me. He stands and walks over to the king. The king stuttered I-I dont have those lands. He threw the dagger near the kings leg. You could have said so..What is the real reason he growls as his hand wraps around the kings throat. Bjorn eyes widen in his anger. They don't belong to me.Soft foot steps are heard .Soft swish of a skirt draggimg on the ground .The kings eyes widen as he saw her. Don't hurt my daughter. She is precious to me. Bjorn looks up his eyes widen as his fury slowly wains down. Princess you know what your father did? The reason he was so cruel to a man who only sought peace between our kingdoms. He licks his lips as his anger rises once again . He picks up the dagger and places it against the kings throat. I should kill you fir your treachery against my father and our kingdom. I think i know what I'll take for you to suffer your nothingness.

As many kings before him, it is time for him to pick a bride. He sat at a useless ball. Erik sat at his thrown, watching as families intruduced their daughters. With greed in their eyes and daughters shallow . No original thought in their little minds. He sat and asked . If you were queen what will you do? Responses were I'll do what the kings asks he is wise. He rolls his eyes to point of disgust. He stands in frustration, the beautiful hall filled with tapestry of his family crest of the great Thor who forged this land and kingdom with his blood. He walks away from the glitz of the hall. His eyes catch a glimps of a beauty who is fair. He steps towards her but she is swept away by a man who didn't seem like her father. He growls as she is taken away. He follows to see her she is taken. Erik gets stopped by a father telling him of his beautiful daughter. His mind distracted by this girl. He nods without a word he pushes past. He finds her in the garden with this man. His eyes widen as the man is about to strike her. His strides long he reaches her and grabs his wrist. Fool , you dont strike a woman ! He growled ,he turns to look at her. He wraps his arm around her. He threw the mans wrist . I think this little dove his head tilts should be with me. With those words he went to war over a woman..His men as well as he reached the castle walls. He stood before the foolish king who wouldnt let go of his betrothed. He smiles as he looked at the fallen king. Your land is mine! As is your woman. You dont deserve to be king.He walks towards him and takes his head. A gift for the pain you caused to my dove. He kicks off the dead body off the throne. He sits down bring my dove. He laughs as he men brings her towards him. My dove you like your gift. He wont lay a hand on you ever again. Ever! You are free to be with me now. He rubs his beard that is...if you wish. Your family will get what they deserve that to is...if you wish.

The morning light filtering through the window he is is half dressed. He stands by the window as he puts on his tie. Movement is heard from the bed. He glances over and sighs he gets his suit jacket and starts walking away. He stops with his hand on the door knob. This was a mistake. Be out of my apartment by the time I get back from work. His shoes clicked against the wood floor. It was just a random girl like it was it had been for months. None filled that void in his heart. Each was a mistake, they..just wasn't her. He sat in his office doing paperwork . There was a soft knock at the door. Enter he speaks loudly. People rush back and forth talking and typing as phone rings. A busy office he doesnt look up as someone walks closer to his desk. Their heels clicked softly against the tile floor. He looks up his pen drops from his hand. You..what are you doing here? He swallows hard his eyes huge like he got caught doing something he shouldn't. He stands up I asked for a new assistant but..he shakes his head. As he did he reaches for his phone. You -you cant work here . He as he is dialing he gets another call. He picks up yes, he pulls down his tie a bit as he sinks into his chair. Hangs up the phone. He looks up at her I am stuck with you. Closes his eyes and through gritted teeth get out of my sight. Her heels slowly walked away his head lowers into his hands as his fingers run through his hair. Frustration of years just came back. His eyes looked at the door. He plans to make her suffer like she did..to him. Jamie didnt call his assistant all day. He made sure his secretary talked to her. It is late at night the light that shined bright waa his desk lamp . He leaned back his hand on his chin. Lost in thought , the door opens and a soft click of a coffee on his desk is heard. Jamie's thoughts snap back as he eyes do as he look at her. What do you want? He shifts uncomfortably in his office chair. His eyes go down to the coffee cup oh, thank you.

The time is...wait time has stopped didn't it. The year...The last i remember it..was 2345. A great war happened , earth against aliens and I a time keeper stopped functioning when the humans stopped coming to do maintenance on me. I keep the clock of this town working. I...think I am part human. I don't remember anymore. The last thing i remember is sitting down and wanting to sleep. The gears kept moving ...now i dont...oh right my battery is low so to maintain myself i..shut down. Wait .. i feel ...oh his eye blinked. Trying to focus on who was in front of me. I can't see yet, he says. He feels a few adjustments were made his eyes began to focus. He squints and looks around the clock gears ceased to move. What...half the building that made the clock was destroyed. No ...he shakes his head. His hands went to his face he was still whole there. He could feel the wind run theough his gears. He went to look at who fixed him they were gone. He stands up slowly , he happens to look down and finds new clothing. He changes into them, time to fix my old friend. He goes back to work and starts to maintain the big clock . His knowledge of times past made him something of a wonder as people passed by his clock. He wondered into the new town people were different. They seemed more beautiful or was his sight playing tricks. He sat in front of his clock to watch the sky there were two moons now . The moon seemed to have been split in two. The world should have drowned but it didn't. He tilts his head , it means technology was keeping the moon together but also apart as it is. The sounds of old still were the same yet the cars had the sounds of the aliens of the past war. People talked and laughed the trees sway in the wind their shoes clicked and thumped on the concrete near his clock tower. He looked down at his hands , i miss the hands of my friends he says softly. A faint memory of a girl he liked passed his mind. He smiles so sweet she was.

The music is soft the lights are dim the candles flicker beautifully. He sits with his legs crossed and a glass of fine wine in his hand. He sips as he waits for his blind date. It wasnt his idea to meet at the restaurant. His friends girlfriend set him up when he wasnt paying attention and was busy reading a text that he agreed to what she said.He sighs he lifts the glass and spins the glass twirling the wine in the light. Couples whisphered sweet nothings to each other. He was not in the mood to romance anyone. Raphael also called Raph is a busy man. His best friend is his partner. As he lowers his glass ,Raphael thoughs wonder of the day he met a beautiful woman. He saw pass his office. Her sway her ...bounce. He smiles her perfume. He groans from his thoughts. There is a soft clicking of heels on the wood floor. They got closer he looks up. His eyes widen briefly ,he stands up. You must be the lady who ...will have the pleasure to be my date. He walks to her chair and pulls it out. Please sit..gorgeous. He gives her a broad smile. His eyes wondered down her curves. It is that beautiful woman from his office. He pushes in her seat. I am pleased to meet you . He walks back to his seat and the waiter comes back and serves her wine. I am gonna say this ,i wasnt prepared to meet you like this. He leans forward but I can definitely say I dont want a relationship. If you do then ..good luck. He looks away he frowns to himself. why is he trying to destroy this before it even starts. He clears his throat. I am a busy man dating. .is not my thing. If you want to just...we can. He smiles as he reaches for her hand. He knew his words always triggered anger. He perfered it over a relationship. Raphael knew what he would get next. Exactly ...wine was dumped on him . He laughs as he wipes his face with the napkin. It was more subtle than a slap than the wine being thrown at him. He called for the bill. He paid for the damages to the table cloth .

He starts slowing down, the windows are down and no one was inside. He raises a brow , it didnt feel right. He stops his bike and pulls over. Hoping off to see the car up close. Raph leans into the car window and sees nothing. Just a bag , he reaches over and pulls it open. Just clothing, he picks up a nightie as he rummaged threw the bag. A woman, he tilts his head as puts it back. A smirk appears on his lips. Well she better be hot. He chuckles to himself as he straightens up. She couldnt got far, he walks around the car he finds his answer she is hot. Damn it, he rushes to her side and checks on her. She has a wound on her side. he rips his shirt and presses it against her wound. He pulls out his cell and makes a call. One of his friends come in a car. Raph picks her up and carries her into the car. He rides behind the car. He shakes his head as his mind wonders to the beauty that is hurt. Damn she...he speeds up running away from his thoughts as he catches up to the car. They reach the club house people were working on cars and bikes and running about. The garage is full and the bikes lined up. His friends car stops in front of club house. He opens the car door to get her out. Raph hops off quickly . No I will do it get the doc will ya. His friend Friday runs off and wonders what got over him. Raph leans into the car and carries her to his room. The doctor appears as he walked in and placed her in the room. Take care of her doc. He leans in the door way for a while as he watches . He walks away and leaves the doc to his duties. He goes to the bar his boots clicked on the wood floor. Getting a beer ,he takes a drink. His thoughts wonder to the girl he found. He slams the beer down as he thinks of how beautiful she is. The doc comes out and whisphers into his ear. She is fine just resting.

In is night and Lucas went into the forest , just to get away .Maybe to see the stars. No matter where he was or went he pissed someone off. Just because he liked the punk look. Also his face always looks pissed off. Because of that he ended up in fights in which he would be victorious. Even when Lucas did nothing and took it he looked like a hard arse.He didn't want trouble but got it. Lucas boots scraped and crunched the dirt under his boots. The wind moved the trees causing them to part to expose the stars. He looks up .As he walked his foot slipped and he fell landing on something. He sits up and takes out his lighter to see what it is .Whao cool! It was a skull .He decides to take it home.As he walked the street someone sees him and yells .Points at him ,murderer.Lucus stops to look around. He yells I found it! They still call the cops on him. He is sitting in the backseat of a patrol car bound in handcuffs behind him. He huffs and kicks the backseat.I am not a murderer! He lays his head against the cool glass. This is why he hates people and hates them even more now.If he wasnt a bad boy then he is one now. His parents are disappointed and sends him off to his aunts . Months passed since the incident .He still loves the punk look.He wonders the streets of his hometown people still call him a murderer. He was gone for awhile but things didnt change and changed. His parents called him back from his aunts as they sent him away. Now they needed him. Not because they cared but because they are getting a divorce. He is a disappointment to them.Their fights are dirty and they are using him as who gets the troublemaker. Lucus walks into an alleyway hears screaming and things being thrown about. Lucas kept walking towards the sounds. His heart raced in anticipation of what he will find. When he reached the sound, there were guys and a girl. She was trying to fight.

The party lasted through the night . It wasnt expected nor was the good news of earlier. He took the girl by the hand and walked in the rain as the waves crashed the shore. It was perfect , they tumbled to the ground in a sweet passionate kiss. As soon as she pulled away to say something his alarm goes off. Jorge groans as he rolls out of bed. Again with this woman , i cant remember her face. He runs his hands through his hair. He rolls out of bed and gets ready for work. The same thing over and over. Dressed in his suit he is in a cafe going to get his usual his morning coffee. He doesnt look like a party animal or passionate lover in a suit . He looks at his watch , the line moves. I am going to be late he grumbles. He sticks out his head and sees they are training someone new on the coffee machines. Bad timing for a training. He pulls out his cell and makes a call. Yea can you push my meet back 19 minutes. Yes i am runing a little late! He said the last part loud enough to be heard. The dream made him frustrated . The woman whos love he so desires. As the rose petals blow into the wind, his tears are masked by the rain. Love that would have been or should have been. Was ripped away on this Valentine's Day. The date was planned to perfection. Rose boutique given chocolates, a reservation to exquisite restaurant with a romantic atmosphere. Soft music and candlelight table then he was going to...propose marriage. The ring sat in his pocket , he got to her apartment, and found her kissing someone else. His heart tore in two. Who knew a man that once fought in street fights for fast cash . His looks brought him trouble with other guys.Him just standing at lighting his cigarette would bring a rain of fists of a jealous boyfriend. He Geo knew how to fight , he chose his battles carefully. As it has always been he let the pain take root. He closed his eyes to the memories of her and let the bouquet slip from his fingers. He slowly walked as the rain poured down . People ran for cover ,pushing past him. His hand over his heart, it felt like it was being shredded to pieces. He shivers from the cold , The restaurants full of couples it was another twist to his heart as he looked up as he walked. Remembering how people said what a lovely couple they were. How she blushed to those words . How he held her close and whisphered you are my princess. He walked to the park and sat on a bench. His head low , the rain seemed to stop. He didnt hear the sounds of heels clicking on concrete. The soft sounds of water splashing. He glances up he couldn't make out the person. He rubs his eyes, you dont have to do that. His voice raw from pain. He watches as she just hands him her umbrella. His eyes go wide. No I can't . He stands up holding her umbrella ,he rushes towards her. I can't let you..oh. May i walk you home then. He notices she is in pain just as he is. Please. He smiles for her, you are too beautiful to be sad. If he left he can kiss the garbage. Right he smiles at her trying to cheer her up.

As the sun is slowly sinking into the horizon he stands with a cigarette in hand. The city bustling with people no one noticed that there is six black bmws lined back to back. He takes a puff the cigarette lighting up his handsome face. His hair slowly slides down covering his eyes. His busted knuckles are a large contrast to his fine Italian suit.If people looked they looked away from him. He pushes off the wall and starts walking into the restaurant. Jack flicks his cigarette before he steps in. The men stood outside opened the door for him. He nods his head as in thank you.His boss is inside talking business. The restaurant is empty as the boss reserved the whole place for this venture. He walks to the bar he leans against it. He taps the counter to get the bartenders attention. Dont let your eyes wonder too much. The bartender nods sorry sir. Good , he turns around to watch his boss. Whiskey on the rocks, he is second in command the right hand man to the boss. His job is simple make things run...smoothly. The bartender places his drink down on a napkin. Making a soft click onto the counter. Jack reaches back and grabs his drink. He takes a swing , his eyes wondered through the crowd of body guards and thugs. His eyes stop on a single figure. He straightens up and places his glass down with a loud click. Jack walks his shoes click on the fine wood floor. The restaurant lights are dim and soft music plays on the speakers. The waitress rush to bring drinks to two head men who are staring at each other. The air is tense and cold. If anyone moves their lives would have ended. He reaches his boss and whispers. Who is the girl? Jacks voice deep and a Italian heavy accent. His boss brings his drink to his lips. The other man is sweating thinking the worst. His boss chuckles Vincenzo the girl? Who is she hmm? The other boss Vincenzo calms , she is just a girl. Vincenzo is clearly uncomfortable. Jack raises his brow as he watches. The girl stands not liking the looks .
