Entity list: Bipedal stalkers, quadrupedal stalkers, the virus, tormentors, entities of influence, Despair cullers, the little stalker, the evil stalker, yelling creatures, the watcher, and stare. Sanity meter: Check doors to increase sanity, sanity slowly decreases by default and will be drained faster by entities of influence, sanity decreasing to much will summon a despair culler. Evil stalker: if you don't check a specific area for to long, the evil stalker will appear and kill you. Coming soon: Window, window stalker, Orimmy, cave stalker, new tormentor spawn area, new bipedal and quadrupedal stalker spawn areas, the spectrum.
