Xander

This is Xander. He was a test subject for the C.A.D.R. He was originally meant to be a super soldier for the military. But he eventually broke out of his chains escaping the facility, still on the run. Even though the project was not finished, he could still be very dangerous and hostile. I encourage you to keep your distance if you're going to attempt to make contact with him.
