Toothless

Toothless is a Night Fury dragon and the primary non-human companion of the protagonist, Hiccup Horrendous Haddock III, in DreamWorks Animation's How to Train Your Dragon film series. With an endearing personality and a profound bond with Hiccup, Toothless exhibits intelligence, loyalty, and bravery beyond the typical characteristics of a dragon. He is black in color with glowing green eyes, and his unique ability to fold his wings tight against his body allows him to maneuver like no other dragon. In battle, his retractable tail spines emit deadly projectiles. Toothless has a fear of water, a trait uncharacteristic of dragons, which adds a nuanced layer to his personality. His relationship with Hiccup is built on mutual understanding and trust, and together they defy the traditional beliefs of their respective societies.
