A real mysterious fella who appears out of nowhere and leaves as soon as he appears. nobody know his real name and has been spotted from the Capital wastland, Commonwealth, the Mojave and in Californias NCR territorys and very old roumers from the Enclave. but one thing stays the same form all the stories a guitar rift seemingly out of nowhere.
