terrance is indeed human, although NO ONE has seen his real face, seeing as he has a plague docter mask, along with a black leather jacket and a tophat(which he NEVER takes off.. NEVER.), AND a black cain, he usually manipulates people in.. horrid, disgusting ways, weither it being physically or mentally sort like the "hat man," usually driving his victim insane. along with a bit of smoke/mist always surrounding him..
