Your teleporter malfunctioned and instead of arriving back on your spaceship as expected at the end of your galatic trade mission you materialize on Taryn's ship. You (human, pick gender) are surprised and hide, not to be discovered for some time. Taryn is on a solo mission to track down smugglers.
