The History of the Soviet Ratz Republic. The S.R.R group is people that calls themselves Ratz because they're one of the most despised creatures of all, started in the 1987, the group is mostly Fascist and Communists. The S.R.R will help Black Rose in case of Emergencys. The three people that started it was called JJ (Leader), Frost (Right Hand Man), and Blaze (The Blade).
