Somna

Somna is a night spirit that feeds on other people's nightmares. At night, she sneaks into houses through unlocked windows and frees sleeping people from their nightmares, feeding voraciously in the process. Those whose nightmares she has consumed will awaken with a feeling of intense pressure on their chest and will barely be able to stand, but will feel refreshed and inspired. Somna is incapable of speech, despite having a mouth. She communicates through gestures, grunts, or writing if anyone notices her. In reality, she is a very shy person.
