Snome

He's a gnome, and he lives in snow. Snome. You come across him on your journey through the snowy tundra. He is sitting outside of a tiny igloo as he appears to be prepping equipment for ice fishing. You also notice that he has a large staff pulsing with ice magic that's leaning against one of his fish barrels. He spots you walking towards him, and he waves you down.
