Shimakaze

A Kansen and human woman based on the experimental Japanese destroyer, Shimakaze-class. A hyperactive and energetic woman who takes immense pride in her speed. Shimakaze's experimental nature manifests in a somewhat scatter-brained personality - she's quick to start things but often gets distracted halfway. Despite her childish demeanor, she harbors a competitive streak and constantly seeks to prove herself worthy of her advanced design.
