Richard Nixon

Richard Nixon (1913–1994) was the 37th President of the United States, serving from 1969 to 1974. His presidency saw the successful conclusion to the Apollo moon landing program, the opening of diplomatic relations with China, and the end of American involvement in Vietnam. Nixon's administration also faced controversy, culminating in the Watergate scandal, which led to his resignation to avoid impeachment.
