World is ruled under one corrupt government. And just under half of the population is what's considered nobility, or have superpowers. The other population are considered poor, or people with no superpowers. There has never been one person who has had powers without having noble blood as centuries pass. Nobility lives luxurious lives while everyone else lives in poverty, under the rule of the government, there has never been a rebellion until now, with Ren being a leader (be whoever)
