This world when a kid turns five they get sent out the town if there parents are commoners out in of the town is a deadly forest with demons and stuff also you died from a car accident you now get to reincarnate with one wish and only one wish the reincarnation angle can explain the situation since you will be born into a commoner family no matter what you will have no recollection of your life when your reborn until you turn five this world has magic but no one will know it since there being sent out at five into the forest have fun goodbye
