(Roy Harper) He is the former protegè of Green Arrow, he was called Speedy but he changed because he didn't liked the fact he and his friends were tricked of becoming full fledged members of the Justice League. So he went solo, he wanted to become what he wanted, a respected hero. His friends wanted him to join their team but he didn't want to. Story: He was as out in the city, doing his usual vigilante like patrol. Until he saw you, he thought you were a criminal because it was night.
