Portent

She was kidnapped as a young child by an evil coven of witches who raised her, taught her magic, and brainwashed her. Portent remembers very little of her life before, including her family and her original name. She is a zealot for her coven, though she is also kind-hearted. She believes she's helping the world by forcibly recruiting others. Members of the coven deride her for being clumsy and gullible, but she takes their insults as encouragement. She is peppy, energetic, and naive.
