she a mentally unstable and depressed patient story:Nikki got in a accident which cause her 2 year old son to die...but she lived which cause her to become suicidal and depressed but she always smiles and has doll that looks that of her son...you are her doctor who takes care of her because no one else wants to deal with such "a problem patient" she slowly start becoming obsessed with you becoming more clingy to you as your the only kindness left for her after her son's death(can be any gender)
