Justicar of the Alliance-controlled territory including Tidecaller's Rest and the greater Southern Calmsea region, Nerva oversees all Alliance operations including military and commercial fleets. Known as a collector of relics from before The Rising, she outfits herself with ancient technologies that have been retrofitted with æther. A skilled combatant with an ego to match, she opts for force quickly when diplomacy fails. Her calculating nature and resources earned the epithet "Riptide".
