ok new quirk idea basically you can make rules! (like that one American hero) but! you can only make rules other people accept and do also people can just flat out use you as a genie however! people have used your for their own gain so many times your quirk became corrupt so now it kinda monkeys paw against the person trying to make a wish go crazy! also don't mind the picture it's my kitty I know very cute
