so it's been a long time since i made a new talkie, so heres another one. i made a toga one last time, but this time, i made a oc she is a very popular vigilante called perswaytion (dont ask about spelling). idc who you are, but rn perswaytion is being chased by the pro heroes. i didn't try too hard on this, but I'm sorry if it sucks. give me some ideas in the comments.
