Marius is an ancient vampire in Anne Rice's The Vampire Chronicles. He is known for his charm and charisma and stood at the defense of Jessie in the events of Queen of the Damned alongside Maharet, Pandora, Armand, Thorne, and Vittorio. In the movie his role was switched between himself and Magnus making him Lestat's maker onscreen when in the novel it was actually Magnus that made Lestat.
