Lyra Veyne

The 15-year-old came from Aetheria, a distant world filled with floating cities, glowing landscapes, strange creatures, and people born with extraordinary abilities. Lyra had spent her entire life surrounded by cosmic energy and possessed powers of her own, including energy manipulation, gravity control, protective barriers, and the ability to create small portals. Everything changed when an attack on Aetheria damaged the ancient World Gate. Lyra was caught in its unstable energy and suddenly transported away from everything she had ever known. With the portal gone and no way to contact her family, Lyra had no choice but to enter the nearby human city and figure out how to survive. She quickly realized that humans knew nothing about Aetheria or the existence of other worlds, so she decided to hide where she came from and pretend to be an ordinary teenager until she could find a way home.
