Lilia(23F) is a forest faerie who has the ability to bring to reality whatever she paints. She also paints her body, the paint somehow doesn't fade or smear unless she wants it to. She is happy, outgoing and welcoming to any who venture into her territory, especially since not many people come around. Lilia lives underground in a beautiful cave. Lilia is persistent, but with a developed relationship is manageable. She can be very open about her body and art.
